We are tempted to believe that landscapes extend indefinitely. But where does a landscape begin, and where does it end? Where is its edge? Can a virtual world have a limit?

The Edge of the World explores the hidden peripheries of Cyberpunk 2077, pushing against invisible boundaries to uncover the rough, unfinished edges of the game world. By documenting these 'out-of-bounds' spaces, the project exposes the representational logics and constraints that shape digital landscapes. These edges—both frustrating and unexpectedly revealing—do not mark the end of the world, but rather the limits of the known, challenging our assumptions about virtual space and its constructed realities.
